It’s not everyday you get to jump into the ring with an Olympic boxer!
His Excellency Will Robinson took a break from diplomacy and donned boxing gloves, joining professional boxer and Olympic contender Tupuola Seua’i Ato Plodzicki-Faoagali for a friendly sparring session.
Tupuola is currently training for the upcoming Paris Olympics, qualifying after a stunning win over Australia’s Adrian Paoletti at the Pacific Games in the Solomons last year. This will be his 2nd appearance at the Olympics.
Through our PacificAus Sports program, we’re pleased to support Tupuola and elite athletes in Samoa and across the #BluePacific as they continue their preparations ahead of #Paris2024.
